El proveedor deberá realizar el pago de las estampillas dentro de los 2 dias siguientes a la expedición de la orden de compra, requisito indispensable para dar inicio de ejecución a la orden de compra1.
1. Estampilla Pro-Cultura: 1% cuando la cuantia del contrato sea inferior o igual a 10.878 UVT cuyo valor corresponde a $ 569.724.372 y 1.5% cuando la cuantia del contrato sea superior a los $ 569.724.372, del valor del contrato antes del IVA.
2. Estampilla Pro Adulto Mayor: 3% del valor del contrato antes del IVA.
3. Estampilla Pro-deporte y Recreación: 2.5% del valor total del contrato antes de IVA.
4. Estampilla para la Justicia Familiar: 2% del valor del contrato).
5. Impuesto de Timbre: 1% del valor total del contrato , cuando supere las 6.000 UVT, base gravable año 2026 $ 314.244.000 (sin incluir el impuesto sobre las ventas por pagar)
